Kimberly Eskritt
Hello everyone! My name is Kimberly Eskritt, one of the clinical audiologists and partners at Lambton Audiology Associates.
I first began practising in Sarnia in August, 1995, immediately following my graduation with my M.Cl.Sc. from the Communicative Disorders program at the University of Western Ontario. I have been with Lambton Audiology Associates since its inception in 1998, when Kathleen and I acquired the former Lambton Audiometry Lab, renaming the business and reshaping its focus to what Lambton Audiology Associates represents today.
Our focus at Lambton Audiology Associates has always been to be leaders of our industry, providing the most advanced and professional hearing health care services for the people of Sarnia-Lambton. True to our vision, we firmly believe in self-improvement and commitment, both professionally and personally.
In fact, I completed my Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from the School of Audiology at Pennsylvania College of Optometry (now called Salus University) in October, 2007. I look forward to the other Lambton Audiology Audiologists completing their doctorates in the next couple of years.
On a personal note, I have been happily married to my high school sweetheart for the past 20 years. Marvin is not only my husband but also my best friend. In my "spare" time I enjoy gardening, playing solitaire on the computer, and listening to Marvin play his classical guitar. I am also actively involved in the Sarnia-Lambton-Kent chapter of VOICE for Hearing Impaired Children.

Kathleen Schneiker
My name is Kathleen Schneiker and I grew up in Calgary, Alberta. I moved to London, Ontario to attend the University of Western Ontario, where I received my Honours Degree in Psychology (1992) and my Masters Degree in Communicative Disorders (1995).
My motivation to pursue a profession in improving people's hearing abilities stemmed from my strong relationship with my grandmother, who presented a brave face while suffering with Meniere's disease for a number of years before passing on.
I was hired prior to graduation by a private practice Audiologist in Thunder Bay, Ontario, where I spent a wonderful year learning from a very well established Audiologist, as well as skiing, camping, hiking and exploring with my husband, Carl. In 1996, we returned to southwestern Ontario, where I joined my classmate/colleague, Kimberly, in running the current Lambton Audiology Associates. I recently obtained my Doctor of Audiology.
Carl and I met 15 years ago at UWO and are so fortunate to share many similar hobbies which include golf, travel, gourmet cooking and walking/enjoying our two wonderful Labrador Retrievers, Harley, the oh so excitable five-year-old yellow lab, and Mousse, our three-year-old gentle giant, chocolate lab. In addition to the epicurean and fitness interests, I believe very strongly in formal education. Therefore, it was a simple decision, when given the opportunity, to pursue my Doctor of Audiology.

Jennifer Saunders
Hi, my name is Jennifer Saunders. I am the newest audiologist to join the Lambton Audiology Associates team.
I graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1995 with a Masters in Clinical Science and since that time, have worked in a variety of settings in Southwestern Ontario. I am currently earning my clinical Doctorate degree in Audiology, which has been an amazing learning experience.
On a personal note, my husband Andrew and I live in Grand Bend, where we are raising our two young girls, ages 2 and 4 years. They keep us very busy! We both hail originally from Nova Scotia and travel home to visit with our families as often as we can. I love being active out of doors and enjoy hiking, camping, rollerblading and swimming, whenever time permits.
It is my great pleasure to have joined this group of professionals and to serve the hearing health care need of the Sarnia Community.

Carl Schneiker
Hello, my name is Carl Schneiker and I have been at Lambton Audiology Associates for six years as a hearing aid technician. I recently obtained my hearing instrument specialist.
Currently, I am near completion of the Grant MacEwan College Hearing Aid Practitioner program and look forward to expanding my role at Lambton Audiology in an effort to aid in Lambton Audiology's continued success of providing excellent service.
I was born in Goderich Ontario, but lived most of my life in London Ontario. Now as a resident Grovite I am happy to say that I love this community and all that it has to offer. I like the small town feel with its abundant services, the friendly people and its close proximity to beautiful Lake Huron.
I enjoy golfing whenever I can-some may even say that I'm a bit of a fanatic. I also like taking out two spoiled labs on daily hikes and for occasional swims at the lake. Kathleen is an excellent cook and I'm a pretty good eater so we make a pretty good match. We both love to travel and are very grateful whenever we get the opportunity to do so.
I look forward to the future of Lambton Audiology Associates and hope to be of service to you in the near future.

Trista Callum

I did my undergraduate bachelor degree in Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology at the University of Western Ontario from 2001 to 2005, and completed my Communicative Disorders Assistant graduate certificate program with Durham College in 2008. Through my practicuum placement, I was able to work as part of Lambton Audiology Associates' team gaining knowledge and experience that ultimately solidified my need to be part of this field.
I was born and raised in Sarnia, and though I have moved away to London and Oshawa for school I have come back to Sarnia to stay. I enjoy spending time at our beautiful beaches, drawing, painting, and spending quality time with family and friends.
I love being a Communicative Disorders Assistant and look forward to my future, working together with you and Lambton Audiology Associates.

Liz Teft
Hi, my name is Liz Teft. I am the Office Manager/Receptionist at Lambton Audiology Associates. I have been associated with LAA since its inception in 1998 (having been previously employed by Dr. Shortreed). I really enjoy my job at LAA as it has allowed me to meet many wonderful people that have walked through our doors over the years, and as an added bonus, I get to work with a great group of professionals as well.
I was born and raised in Sarnia and now live in the Wyoming area. I have been married for 30 years to Wayne and have two daughters, Lisa and Wendy, one son, Steve, one son-in-law, Tim, and a granddaughter named Elliott (born July 2007). I also have a granddog named Darwin. I try not to spoil my granddaughter too much, but I’ve heard “that’s what grandparents are supposed to do.”
I am very family oriented as I am the youngest of six children and have many, many nieces and nephews. Having lived in Lambton County since birth, my husband and I have acquired a large circle of friends which we like to socialize with frequently. And family get-togethers are always a pleasure.
In my spare time I enjoy bargain shopping, reading a good mystery novel, and watching sitcoms, murder mysteries, and reality shows on TV (especially “Survivor” and “So You Think You Can Dance.”) Taking a leisurely walk or going for a long motorcycle ride (as a passenger) with my husband is another great passion of mine. I am actively involved with my church and currently hold the position of Christian Education chairperson. I also love to travel, especially to warm places like Florida and exciting places like Las Vegas, but it’s always nice to come back HOME.

Marvin Eskritt
My name is Marvin Eskritt, and I am a member of the Office Administration team, working as the liason for our third party copayers and managing the accounts receivable since 2001.
My previous occupation as a welder-fitter, although very different, has provided me with many skills (such as discipline, focus, and attention to fine detail) which have helped me transition to my new role with Lambton Audiology Associates.
I was born and raised on our family farm just outside of Ridgetown, Ontario. I am the youngest of six siblings, and am an uncle, great-uncle, and cousin to many Eskritts and Simpsons in the Ridgetown area. I met my wife, Kim, in high school, and we have been together ever since.
My great passion is music and I have been playing the guitar since I was 13, when my parents bought me my first one as a Christmas present. I play classical, finger-style, acoustic, and electric guitar and when not at work, I can be found sitting on my sofa, guitar in hand, watching Formula 1 racing, motorbike racing, Champ car, NASCAR, or pretty much anything else with wheels and a motor.

Patricia Bailey
My name is Tricia Bailey and I was born and raised in Sarnia. I am a mother of two grown boys and soon to be mother-in-law of a very lovely young lady. I have been happily married for thirty-one years this November. I am the youngest of three sisters and am the only sibling still living in Sarnia. I always wanted a brother as a child and compensated when I married into a large family, giving me five brother in-laws. Spending time with my family and friends is a very important part of my life.
I love gardening and can be often found in my perennial garden, digging in the dirt until dark. I have a dog named Daisy who happily helps me dig in the garden whether I need help or not. I also enjoy all types of music, biking, and walking, especially in the beautiful areas our city has to offer.
I have worked at Lambton Audiology as part of the Office Administration staff since December 2006. In this short time, I have come to hold great respect and admiration for all the people here that I work with daily. They are extremely knowledgeable and caring professionals.
I bring with me 21 years of experience in various aspects of customer service. I thoroughly enjoy helping people and meeting their needs.

Karen Groves
My name is Karen Groves and I was born and raised in the Sarnia area. Following graduation from Sarnia Collegiate, I went on to earn a diploma in Religious Studies at a private college in San Antonio, Texas. I am trained and certified in Microsoft Office and enjoy being a part of the Office Administration Team here at LAA.
I am the proud mother of three awesome kids: a daughter in the Honours Kinesiology program at Brock University with plans to become an Athletic Therapist, a son studying International Relations at the University of Western Ontario, and another young son in elementary school.
My passion is music – just about any kind. I am a pianist and have been singing since the age of 3 when my parents put me on stage to sing harmony with my brother and sister. I currently volunteer my time and talents at the church that I attend. In my spare time, I love hanging out with family, watching movies, biking and walking along our beautiful Sarnia waterfront.
